    We had the most wonderful dining experience at Graze last week. We took my parents who had recently arrived in Sydney for a visit but for various reasons were having a stressful time. The moment we sat down at our beautiful table, everything seemed better. The food is so fresh and vibrant and the presentation is so wonderful that you can’t help feeling happy. I’ve lived in Sydney for 7 years and eaten in many of the city’s top restaurants, and this was undoubtedly one of the finest meals I’ve had. The service was also charming and helpful and the staff made our one year old feel very welcome with a high chair and accommodated us so nicely. It’s hard to see any value in some of the “fine dining” experiences to be found nearby when you can enjoy a restaurant experience like this. I’d be so grateful if you could pass on our thanks to your chefs.

    Gin Garden at The MCA…. The menu, by Simon Fox from Culinary Edge, will feature bar snacks including South Coast rock oysters, with gin, tonic and cucumber, chili fried baby calamari, pickled winter melon, baby cucumbers and chipotle aioli to the more substantial buttermilk fried chicken, wild mushroom arancini, marinated olives and basil pesto aioli.
